How long does it take?+
Most systems are ready to use within 3–5 weeks. The exact timeline depends on how much customization your business needs and whether existing data needs to be imported. You get the schedule together with your quote.
Can I bring over my existing data?+
Yes. Customer lists from Excel, CSV exports or contacts from other tools are imported during setup. For handwritten records, we agree together on what makes sense to transfer.
What happens to my data? Is it GDPR-compliant?+
Your data belongs to you. The system is hosted on servers in the EU, backups run automatically, and you can export your data at any time. You also receive a data processing agreement (DPA / AVV).
Do I need technical skills?+
No. The system runs in the browser on desktop, tablet and smartphone. At handover, we walk you and your team through everything on a video call. Hosting, updates and backups are handled by Ouceal.
Can the system be extended later?+
Yes. Because it's built for you, the system can be extended at any time — for example with an inquiry form on your website, appointment reminders or invoice templates. You get a fixed-price quote for every extension upfront.
